The band beginning in 2001 as a project with the help Forrest Kline Jesse Kurvik, Kline started recording songs on your computer with the sole purpose of entertaining their friends. The band grew as her songs appeared on MP3.com, a total of eleven songs form part of their first ever EP The Parachute EP officially done.
According to Kline, the name was inspired by the song Hello, Goodbye by The Beatles and a line from the television series Saved by the Bell.
In 2002, the band began playing in local concerts, even without having recorded an album. For live presentations, were: Forrest Kline as vocalist and guitarist, and Jesse Kurvik like synthesizer, accompanied by drums and Parker Case (who later joined the band split and JamisonParker and currently in Say Anything) or Aaron Flora (ex Throwdown currently a member of the band and Northern). Flora and bassist Marcus Cole soon joined the band permanently.
The indie label Drive-Thru Records recorded the band in January 2004. The band recorded the record with his first EP called Hellogoodbye, which recorded a video for the song Call N ‘Return (Say That You’re Into Me). In March 2004, Flora left the band and was replaced by drummer Chris Profeta 16 years (which was part of A Cutthroat Kiss).
On August 8, 2006, released her first album called Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs!, Which contains re-recordings of his successful not-done EP. In January 2007, Here (In Your Arms) reappeared in the Top 40 radio and the Billboard Top 100 (reaching the 14) and the Pop 100 (reaching 9).
