Real estate search on the Canary Island of La Palma as a friend of the solar energy I came this summer during my holiday on the Canary Island of La Palma on an idea. The broker advised me to a house in the North West of La Palma, where you can buy many houses and villas in a quiet, secluded setting or rent. Despite the seclusion of this real estate, shopping and doctors on La Palma are mostly everywhere easily accessible. Very I would like even a large garden next to the House I showed, many houses from the broker on La Palma which you can buy or rent with a beautifully landscaped garden. To the nearest sandy beach I had it from a House at this altitude of the island with the car a little further. That would be the only downside for me.
Of course, I’ve seen that many brokers on La Palma offer apartments for sale or rent, located in an exclusive location by the sea. This has the advantage that you can go on foot from the apartment to the beach then. The weather is very mild all year round. The downside to buy or rent an apartment near the beach on La Palma is however, that you must share the beach in the summer with many tourists.
