MINSA A NEW WAY TO PREVENT AND CONTROL INFECTION NOSOCOMIAL be initiated in 18 hospitals in Peru’s Ministry of Health (MOH) adopted a new method to improve the quality and safety of care of patients and the prevention of nosocomial infections, especially in Intensive Care Units (ICU). This was implemented, initially in 18 hospitals in the country with the collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID / Peru), through its Quality in Health project, and with the technical support of the specialists from the University and the Johns Hopkins Hospital, institutions that developed health plan the method.
